  • When Will My Purchased Product Be Sent?

    All orders you have placed on our website until 15:00 will be delivered on the same day, and your orders after 15:00 will be delivered to our contracted cargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, within the following day.

    Cargo information is sent via SMS to your e-mail address and mobile phone number on the bill. You can also track the status of the order from the Current Order page in the My Account menu.

  • What if the Delivery Person Cannot Find Me at My Address?

    If you are not at home at the delivery time you have chosen, the delivery attendant will leave you a notice and embezzle your order for delivery at the next hour.

    If you wish, you can receive your products from the branch yourself or wait for re-delivery.

  • Does Shipping Cost Change When I Buy More Than One Item?

    For the products you purchase through our store, our customers are charged 10.00 TL fixed shipping fee. If the total amount of your shopping is 250.00 TL or more, you do not pay any shipping fee for your shopping.

    In your purchases, you pay a single shipping fee for all orders of 250.00 TL and below.

  • What is Due Diligence Report?

    It is the content determination document prepared under the supervision of the person receiving the cargo.

    The due diligence report is the necessary document that you need to arrange for the cargo officer so that you can return it on delivery. If your product is incomplete, defective, defective or other than specified, you should have this document prepared by the cargo officer.

  • The Product Was Returned Because No One Was Home. What can I do?

    A relative on behalf of the person specified in the delivery address information can receive the product from the cargo with identification. Cargo officers leave a compass at the door if they cannot reach anyone at the delivery address. This compass contains the address and telephone information of the cargo branch delivering to you. The cargo branch will hold your product for 3 days and will send your order back if it cannot reach you within this period.

    When you cannot receive your cargo because you are not at your address, you can reach your cargo branch with the information on the compass and get detailed information. In such cases, we recommend that you request cargo again after contacting the cargo company quickly. If the product has already reached us, you can contact us to return the product to the cargo.

  • Return / Exchange Shipping Fee Covered By Who?

    Within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal, the return shipping fee belongs to our store. Buyers have the right to return products without paying shipping charges, even for personal reasons.

    When you create your membership via the Order Details link sent to your e-mail address after shopping, your order will be associated with your account. You cannot see other orders you have placed as a guest user on your My Account page.
